MORI
With over 200,000 member records managed on an aging DOS based system Enable Labs created the Masonic Online Registry Interface (MORI) for the Grand Lodge of New York. MORI unifies the functions of the internal staff and local secretaries of their over 500 lodges. MORI has gone on to be become the largest Masonic member management system in the world, used to manage over 20% of the Craft Masonry records in the United States. MORI is used by the Grand Lodges of Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the Order of Easter Star of New York. MORI is helping bring the oldest fraternal organization in the world into the future.
The Grand Lodge of New York came to Enable Labs with an antiquated member management system running in DOS. They wanted to update to a unified web-based system for their internal users and their 600 local lodges.
Enable Labs designed and implemented the Masonic Online Registry Interface (MORI). MORI manages all of the member functions for the Grand Lodge and their 600 local Lodge secretaries. Integrating all of the functionality into a web application greatly decreased the paper work load for the Grand Lodge significantly lowering their operating expenses.
MORI has since been adopted by the Grand Lodges of Massachusetts, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the Order of Easter Star of New York; and manages over 20% of Blue Lodge Masonic records in the United States.
Quadran
Enable Labs created Quadran, a complete drop in replacement for Stein Fibers' aging ERP system. Quadran included many improvements over their previous system providing them extensive insight into their supply chain enabling greater inventory turn, higher profits and lower operating costs. With over 400 screens in the application Quadran runs almost every aspect of Stein Fibers' business. Stein Fibers is the largest importer and distributor of polyester staple for the non-woven industry in the United States.
Stein Fibers, one of the largest importers and distributors of polyester staple fiber for the non-wovens industry, was running on an aging, custom-written ERP system that lacked vendor support. They were in need of a replacement system that could be modernized and updated to serve their current business needs.
Enable Labs worked with the staff of Stein Fibers to design and implement a replacement system while at the same time improving the interface, database design, and system architecture.
The resulting system, Quadran, has over 400 screens and runs almost every aspect of Stein Fiber's operations. The system includes an iPhone interface for mobile workers.
Enable Labs continues to support and adapt the system to Stein Fibers evolving business requirements.
Kase Manager
Issue tracking done right. Kase Manager allows you to track issues from the moment they begin through their resolution. Currently in Beta, Kase Manager is free to use and easy to implement in your organization. Keep up to date with your clients and any problems they might be having.
Coming soon to Kase Manager: Sales force automation. Track your sales leads from first contact through close. You can use the issue tracking after they are a client too!
Kase Manager began as an internal project to create an issue tracking system for use by the Enable Labs staff. After mentioning it to some of our clients and professional colleagues they asked if they could use it too.
The staff at Enable Labs re-architected our simple internal application into a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) application, added a large number of features and released it to beta.
Kase Manager has support for client issue tracking, bug tracking, reporting and metrics. It includes full email work flow integration and a public facing support site for each user of the application.
Enable Labs are currently working on expanding Kase Manager adding sales force automation functionality.
