The Enable Labs Way
We use agile development methodologies to speed time to market, control quality, and mitigate risk for our clients. Our process follows a few understandable steps.
Conceive
We identify what makes your idea special and what your application needs to provide to its users. We help define how your application fits into your business strategy, its identity and how to brand it.
Elaborate
We identify who your target users are, define the overall structure of the application by creating a sitemap, along with low-fidelity wire frames to guide the process. Our development team will specify the technical system requirements and define a solid architecture.
Design
Our business analysts and designers work in parallel to create the look and feel of your application, complete the site map, and high-fidelity mock ups of major representative pages in HTML. Out team will also identify any assets such as copy and images that are required to complete the application.
Analyze
Over three to five days we work with you to story card the application. The story cards capture the requirements of the application. We also identify the business value for each story. When all of the stories have been captured we will prioritize them with you to identify the "minimum required feature set" for your application to go live.
Implement
The implementation phase involves many steps and processes that happen concurrently. We identify related stories that can be grouped together into iterations, create high fidelity comps, work with you to get feedback and validation, create executable specifications detailing the functioning of the application, write code to implement the specifications and work with you to identify and resolve functional and visual design issues.
Deploy
Our team works with your team or hosting company to deploy the application and make it available.
